Music games involve more than naming songs. Following a rhythm, matching sounds and remembering cover details offer different experiences. This guide introduces six MoodTrue games and practical things to notice. Sign in to access them and save progress.
Mood Guess: identify a brief clip
Mood Guess starts with half a second of audio. A wrong guess or skip unlocks a longer clip, with five guesses per round. Check the artist and title together since recordings can share a name.
Choose a song language or leave it mixed. Listen for rhythm, opening instruments and texture rather than waiting only for vocals. Open Mood Guess.
Beat Lab: follow the rhythm pattern
Listen to the pattern and place the beats you hear. Notice both the character of kick, snare, clap and other sounds and the gaps between them. Timing matters as much as identifying the instrument.
Start with the strongest underlying beats, then add details. Headphones may make differences clearer without raising the volume. Open Beat Lab.
Cover Puzzle: rebuild the artwork
Swap two pieces to reconstruct a cover. Edges, colour changes and large shapes are useful clues. Place distinctive corners and boundaries before comparing similar-looking pieces.
Choose difficulty before starting. Peek lets you check the image; closing it returns you to your arrangement. Open Cover Puzzle.
Sound Memory: remember matching pairs
Listen to cards and find matching sound pairs. Remember where a sound appeared as well as what it sounded like. Mentally divide the board into rows and columns to keep track of locations. Open Sound Memory.
Vibe Finder and Mixtape: interpret what you hear
In Vibe Finder, choose the option that fits the audio's feeling. Listen to its overall movement and atmosphere rather than relying on one instrument. Open Vibe Finder.
In Mixtape, listen to clips and place them in the ordering area. Drag to a specific slot and rearrange afterward. Fill gaps and review your sequence before checking it. Open Mixtape.
Track scores and monthly tasks separately
Game scores, MoodPoint and monthly progress are different systems. Read each task for its required game and condition. A high score alone does not earn the monthly badge: complete every required task for that month. View the monthly challenges and all games in Games.
